Never received order

I ordered 2 months ago. Reached out to the company multiple times, even messaged with the owner Ashlee and she stated she fixed the problem. That was about a month ago. I reached out to her a second time last week, it states that she read it on her account but I never got a response. This is the second bad encounter with this company. This is unfortunate as a met the business owner at my gym and spoke with her about her clothing line. I love to support local companies, especially women, but this has been a bad experience for me.
